A sport discipline for everyone, at all ages, and with low psycophysical impact.
Nordic walking is an overall discipline which mixes the technical basis of “walking with poles” and fitness exercises;
it can be practiced everywhere at low costs, improving the cardiac functionality and increasing metabolism.
Nordic Walking can be practiced at different levels:
• Health and wellness
• Sport and fitness
• Nordic running
What kind of equipment do you need?
Sport clothes, running shoes, and poles (I can rent them).
My proposal: four lessons of one hour each for each chosen level.
